The following terms and conditions are for buyers.
Payment methods
EGS only accepts payments via PayPal ® or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer our account information will be provided by email or phone. Please note that bank accounts are in England and in Germany and your bank may levy a service charge for international transfers.EGS only delivers after prepayment.
Order and delivery
Orders to EGS can be made by phone or mail in English, French or German.EGS will despatch the order within 2-3 working days upon receiving the full payment. Shipping charges are not included. Per request, assured and registered shipping is available.
Return policy
Since this is for private sale, all sales are final. We offer no refunds or exchanges.Privacy
EGS does not collect or distribute any information of its visitors (except referring domain/provider for internal statistical use only).
